Refund Policy

At Mighty Furnish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within [number] days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@mightyfurnish.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
